Stop smoking with hypnotherapy


Unlike some other “stop smoking in one session” hypnotherapists, who often charge £250 or more, I don’t just read a standard script, or stick you in front of a video, or whatever.

I take the time to find out your triggers – the things that make you reach for a cigarette. I then work those into a personalised session, and focus on the motivational factors that will help you stop smoking.

You still need a genuine personal desire to stop smoking. If you’re just coming because you’ve been pushed into it, or don’t really want to give up, then hypnotherapy (or anything else) is not going to work. It’s not a silver bullet or a magic wand.

But, if you really want to give up, and you’re serious about it, my techniques will give you the extra help you need to stop smoking – and stay stopped.

Just imagine…instead of being ruled by your cravings, and your subconscious, becoming completely disinterested in smoking – almost like you’d never started.

When I ask my clients at the end of the session if they would like a cigarette, they usually look very confused – because the desire to smoke has simply gone!
